Morningstar has released their Global ESG Fund Flow report and though we can see that inflows into ESG funds has declined during 2023 the trend of the transition from non sustainable funds to ESG funds are still very much ongoing. While the ESG funds have shown lower inflows compared to earlier, non sustainable funds in Europe have even seen outflows during Q2 2023 and much of 2022. So the re-allocation of capital is still taking place and new sustainable funds are launched. You can read the report here.
